Well, I got past it after restartting the game about ten times. And now I can't teleport anywhere new and I'm always stuck in the old roman looking buildings. Considering just not playing the game anymore

I'm on the flying stage of the tutorial, and I can't pass it as flying is disabled in the area. What can I do about this?
