Okay thank you so much Nalates!

I am on Phoenix Firestorm Viewer 4.7.7.48706 (Havok). No other accounts are doing this. Just on MrsZinean Resident. There is one person so far that I've seen that when I log in, I cannot see her type in Im's, local, or group, but she can see me. I do not have her on black list, derender, or blocked in any way. I have tried re adding her as a friend and cache clearing. I have done a clean reinstall as well. Is there anything I am missing?
