Wanting to know how to change a classic body avatar to a mesh body avatar body so that I can wear different clothing.

Why when already logged on I can't purchase linden dollars. I'm always told to repeat password and it's not correct. How can I correct problem?

I need to know how to retreive my password because it's requested when I try to purchase linden dollars but it's already saved for me to log in on my computer.
