Ok, So Connection would cause my SL to stop responding?

http://prntscr.com/a8223b Thats always happening to me when I load in I've tried everything from Deleting Cache, Using different Viewers Uninstalling the game 30+ times. All my drivers are up to date and this issue has been nonstop happening everytime I try to load in. I've Tried Firestorm, SL Viewer, Alchemy64, and much more. Nothing seems to fix my issue.
