Thank you Amethyst. I figured it out. I had to sign in using the SL Viewer instead of my Firestorm viewer. Then I could go to world and select About Land, then Abandon Land and register for a new house. In addition, I found that although my house was set to Public Access, it also had the check mark for Payment Information must be on file. I unchecked it and it all is working fine now.

I was recently told that it is possible to change your Linden house up to five times a day. Is this true? I tried to go to the General Access tab under About Land but the button to Abandon Land is greyed out. In addition, I tried to have a friend come to my Linden house but it tells her that she must have payment information on file even though it says Public Access. Any ideas on why she can not enter my house? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
