    As opposed to particles, rezzing a new object is one of the more costly things a simulator can spend time doing.  That's why temp-rez is such a beast.

    I don't have a huge circle of friends either, I have like two on my friends list.    I am pretty well the same in world and here, I don't do RP.    I am mostly here just to play grown up barbie and decorate and landscape my properties on my own and by myself.  That is what I like to do in SL.

    I am absolutely baffled how this got to 16 pages now.  I am equally baffled how I let myself even read this thread.  Now I am baffled why I am even responding to it.

    What can I say...........................I'm baffled today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks for pointing this out.  I have never really given it much thought, but now that you have posted this, I am going to pay more attention to using the region settings more often.

    I am perfectly okay with people not decorating.  Less stuff to rez.   I am not sure what difference it makes if people decorate or not.  There is lots of reason they don't.   Could be they just don't have the time.  I take forever to decorate.  The victorians are actually already nicely landscaped.   Make sure that you aren't looking at regions that haven't been released yet.

    Bellissaria Running Short Again?

Well, I should have kept that camp site, but I wasn't getting the use out of it, so let someone else have it. I didn't like the houseboats before due to all the ban lines. Now that the Lindens ameliorated that, perhaps it would be better...

    What has been your experience?

    If you are getting a parcel you just recently abandoned chances are there are no other ones in the queue right at the moment.  If you are getting no options for Bellisseria then there are just no homes available at the moment.  People do abandon parcels,  but not as often right at the moment.  All I can tell you is to just keep trying.   I didn't have a houseboat when they had banlines, but I can imagine it would have been a nightmare.  It is nice to have a houseboat and not worry about banlines.

    People do post there when they are going to abandon a Bellisseria home.  Not everyone does, but some do.  Also, once the new stilt homes are released or close to, you will definately see more of the traditionals, houseboats, campers, victorians, and log homes becoming available as people abandon those to get the newer theme.
