Demeter Laval

I use the Orange Nova Nauha body for my small-chested avi, and I can't recommend it enough. It has something like 6 breast options, so you can go from completely flat chested to really full bosomed. You'll need to use a skin with an Omega applier option though, and I recommend using either the standard SL head or a separate mesh head, because the one it comes with is not very feminine, IMO.
