  1. The rest of the market place us in English but as soon as I check out, no matter what browser or device I use, it suddenly is in Japanese. To the point I've had to use a translater just to know if the information is correct and delivery went through. Been like this for several weeks, going on months. No amount of changing the region/language helps, and it defaults back to English as soon as the transaction goes through including the "purchase is being delivered page". Does anyone know how to fix the issue or report it?
