To welcome visitors to our Rental Resort Office. Help and assist them on finding their new home with us through our portfolio of available homes. Close the rental contract and set the new Tenant up in their new home. 2. Answer and resolve any customer Service inquiries from existing tenants. 3. Your target based position is to fill and maintain occupancy of our Ocean Front Beach Homes and premium sky homes - all fully furnished. You By GeMyles and [MH] Couture By Design are looking for female AFK models to demonstrate outfits at our main store. Criteria: Must be an ALT as this is a full time position. We require our models to be on site 24/7 so please apply on that basis only. You must be fully mesh ideally Maitreya, Slink or Belleza to be able to model ALL our new releases. You By GeMyles is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative at our main store on Phenix Isle http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Phenix Isle/5/31/22 to work exclusively in the [MH] Couture by Design Store, part of the GeMyles group. We are looking for the right person to send group notices, you will need to apply to various fashion groups in Secondlife for notice rights, be responsible to send notices on our behalf within the groups rules. Be present at store for the notices so you can assist customers with any queries or problems, this we see as being a daily role. Being part of the GeMyles team we encourage staff to make any suggestions on increasing traffic, we are currently doing three major events, Designer Circle, Designer Showcase and The Darkness. Store events are being done and we expect the CSR's to be present and help promote these. Benefits are a staff vendor for all new releases, we do expect you to wear GeMyles / MH outfits whilst at the store, we are a ladies Couture fashion store, a male CSR would not be expected to wear them but would be expected to be well presented when representing us, as well as a basic wage plus commission.
