I have been renting this parcel for a year and a bit and I absolutely love the atmosphere. I have found a new place that I moved to with a friend and would love to sublet this space. Are you looking for a small piece of beach paradise? Are you looking for authenticity? Are you looking for a beautifully decorated romantic oasis that simply exudes passion and romance? On my parcel I have created a furnished paradise for fun in the sun on the beach! The parcel has 235 prims total for the land. I have furnished it with 227 prims and whoever rents the space can keep it as is or change anything they like on the property as far as objects. Greenery stays in place. Any changes to the greenery can be discussed through PM. You will have 8 prims to play with if you keep it as is.
