Group owned land equal to 1/2 of a sim, plus the 10% bonus given to groups who own land, two individuals donating to said group owned land. If they both donate equally, the payment each month for each would be $75. If one only donates 512 (premium member) and the other donates the remainder, payment would be $0 to the former and $125 to the latter (also a premium member)? Is this the way it works?
