I'd also like to know as well! I really like the way my parcel is shaped and if I just had to have it as group owned land I have a friend who I was going to share the land with already.

Here is everything I see when doing so and I am still extremely confused.

I do not have a LL home. I only have the parcel I bought.

I recently became a premium member and bought my first Parcel on the mainland that is 2,080 sqm. When buying it I believed 1,024 sqm of the 2,080 sqm would be tier fee-free. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a way to use my 1,024 sqm tier free on my bought land to lower the tier? Currently, on my Land Use Fees page, it says I have to pay $13 a month in tier fees.
