I know very well about DJ and host applications. I am also very much aware of the lack of enforcement for anything in those applications. I don't know why those applications even exist, honestly.

You don't have to be professional to take others opinions and ideas into consideration to create a better club environment. The OP gave some great pointers. My biggest gripe is all the super annoying gestures hosts do. Do you want people at your clubs to listen to that crap or the music? Because when I walk into a club and its nothing but gestures over the music, I leave. Instantly. Do you want people to listen to music or a talkshow? Thats another gripe I have is when the DJ consistently talks about whatever over the music. I am pretty sure no one is there to listen to a podcast, Jay. There has to be rules. Rules for hosts and rules for DJs. These rules create a better environment for your patrons. No club has such rules which is why we all just pretty much...deal with it. As someone else mentioned, its been the same way since before 2010. I wonder why that is. So don't get aggressive when people come to the forums to complain. I get tired of some in this forum not taking others gripes seriously and just blow them off as "attacks" and "trashing". Its why nothing has changed since before 2010. Club owners and their management are 100% the problem. One more thing, saying "Those are my friends" is highly biased. You're part of the problem, Jay.

If youre going to be living in a house, why does anyone need a LOD of 4? How far away do you plan on camming while sitting in your livingroom?

Honestly, I don't know why so many people think modern = living in a square block. That whole thing looks like a mess of jail cells and I LOVE modern living. This is not modern living. That is a jail cell community. Demolish it, google actual modern living, and use that as a reference which is what should have been done the first time.

Lets be honest though, its easier to make the mess than it is to create a folder structure. An ancient and dated folder structure. An ancient and dated folder structure that is hell to keep organized because its stupidly complex. C'mon man, its just an inventory lol. There should be a little icon in the bottom corner that you can click and it auto-organizes for you.

I totally agree. It should be a monthly or bi-monthly thing. The perks of premium are already low quality, you def don't get what you pay for (new people getting premium are introduced to houses from 2006 and that will continue until LL eliminates those houses completely which will never happen). The only worthy things that premium have going are the extra groups slots, new houses (if you can get one), and the extra space slots for events. Oh, and the stipend. And the support chat. You barely get a gift because LL abuses the word "periodically". What they actually meant was once a year. But then again, there's premiums who don't care about the gifts, like me. I pay it just so I don't have to wait for email responses 😂

Lag is literally everywhere in SL. From ground level to 5000 meters in the sky. Yes, its more down on the ground, but living above a store? The more avatars around you, the laggier it is. The more stuff that's out, the laggier it is. The more scripts are running, the laggier it is. So if you're living above a store, on ground level, that has customers browsing, all the scripted items for sale, other randomly scripted stuff, the probably scripted landscaping (I haven't even gotten to the person who rented out the apartment above)...dare I say that poor soul will probably be waiting 5 mins for their sofa to rez much less everything else they want to decor with (much of it also probably scripted). They also probably wouldn't be able to move. But hey, there's probably a few people who would bite. More power to em. Just won't be me because I'm not that stupid and I don't even have a potato pc. And isn't Bellarissa already a lagfest? Why not add more to that mess 😂

Except RL doesn't have lag. You really want people to live above a store on a virtual platform that is well known to have heavy lag? Really, Patch?

While I think theres already an oversaturation of shopping events, I do like the idea of a super-premium Bellisseria shopping event. But I won't hold my breathe they will make a rule against resellers.

Malls are dead. Have been dead for a long time. Shopping events took over. It would be a pretty stupid decision, even for LL, to go for this idea. Its a waste of mole resources and time. Just because you love living a "realistic" life, doesn't mean its a great idea and should be implemented. Suck it up and teleport like the rest of us.

Nope, sorry. Its overlapping multiple alphas. Landscape creators do the same thing with trees and grass...make everything alpha layers for some unknown beyond all logic reasoning. It drives me nuts.

How I can spend hours creating the perfect EEP for my sim on the ground level, water included, and the next day log into black water?? I never adjusted or changed anything. This crap is so stupidly aggravating. I don’t even know where to begin because I looked at the water settings and it’s all where I had it the previous day. Now I’m mad and depressed because I don’t even know wth to do now. All that time wasted for nothing. And people wonder why I’m so critical of this wonky low grade platform.

Its common sense to switch your account to free before removing any payment info so your account doesn't go into debt.
