I'm using Chrome, not IE. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, alternating between Buy it Now and using the cart, and have tried...well, just being patient. No luck. I've submitted a ticket and am waiting to hear back.

So for a few weeks now I haven't been able to make any purchases from the marketplace. I get all the way to the point where there's a "Buy now" button but when I click it, it disappears and the transaction doesn't go through. Is this a known issue? I was having this issue as well, I finally found out that in ADVANCED> Show Debug Settings> if you type in FSUseAis3Api and set the value to FALSE it fixes it
