    How I can update my profile picture correctly?

    Friendly Greetings!

    I tried to upgrade my profile picture at my profile settings on the web.

    We learnt the things are changing at Second Life all the time, so I didn't upload a new profile picture at the website. So I opened the latest Firestorm Viewer and I tired to refresh my profile picture...

    What's happened? I have two profile picture now? 😱 My old profile picture and my new profile picture is active at the same time!
    Anybody has idea how can I solve this bug? Thanks your help guys!

    Yes you are right, the Lindens are very helpful all the time so a big thankful to them. I don't understand why good this "high fence". It is in our interest to make the residents feel comfortable our services and products. If the "high fences" will disappear, the community will growing. I don't want to share many many ideas now because that wanna offtopic.

    Friendly Greetings!

    I tried to send a ticket to the support and this Freshdesk support site is not the best. If you have any technical questions (not inventory), hard to contact with the support. So I can ask about my inventory only? 😲 This is weird a little bit, so I think the time is here for a user friendly support ticket system. This is not a big work, don't need any development, just a communication specialist.

    Please share your thoughts, your experience about the support ticket system, let's make a better Second Life together! If we talk about things, we can make it better.

    I am working on a new project on Second Life and yes, you can help me if you want.
    What is in my mind? I want to create the best model agency of Second Life, what is not only an agency.

    • we will help for our models, how they can do a good avatar (everybody knows, if you are looking good, your life is easier)
    • we make them portfolio
    • and the we will contacting with the customers of agency who needs professional models, photos

    I am not looking for investors (I don't need money) and employees at this moment, I want to create an experienced starter team.

    The "idea exchange market" is a good thing if you can found a good team for that. It can be a virtual co-working, what is working good in real life. 👍
