What is guaranteed is that I can elect to forego paying for a Premium Membership based upon my dissatisfaction with that fact that, as far as I am aware, it was impossible for me to determine the availability of a houseboat prior to abandoning my prior house. I abandoned my house, was unable to obtain a houseboat, and have cancelled my Premium Membership as a result.

I would not have abandoned my home had I known there were no houseboats available. Did I miss something? Was there some way I could have determined that there were no houseboats available before abandoning?

Same story here. Abandoned my home for a houseboat and guess what? No houseboats. You would think it would be possible to post a "sold out" notice before having to abandon your home to get a new one and find out there are none available.
