So, I've got the first part of my Male skin downpact (see here: https://gyazo.com/23a18cb380a212825d3cbc6bc8f076a4 and here: https://gyazo.com/04aa2ee60d9f77ab261d20e89a603500) and I've got the If0y_psds files and I'm on Robin's 2nd step (from Robin's Making Stuff), but I'm having some trouble gauging when I'd like the nipples to go, and I have the Signature Gianni Torso and Legs BASE TEXTURES already opened in GIMP as well, and I was wondering if I could place what I did for Step 1 over the BASE TEXTURE for the Upper and gauge it that way somehow? This is probably a bit jumbled, but any help would be greatly appreciated. - Thanks, Khyujo

I think I found the If0y files....fingers crossed

Now, I already have a forum topic called "Making Skins For Dummies 101" and I was wondering if it could get "locked" somehow. Thanks. So onto the nitty-gritty, I recently decided that I wanted to make male skins (or is it appliers??) (preferably for the Signature Gianni Mesh Body). so, I grabbed the Signature Gianni Dev Kit awhile back, saved the body textures to my computer and opened them in GIMP (and Photoshop) and kinda just stared at it a bit confused. But, I also have Chip Midnight's Master Template files downloaded (for clothing/skins), and Eloh Eliot's skin templates as well (and a "Fake Bake" Avatar Templates that I bought from the MP awhile back as well). Basically, I was wondering how to navigate skin making using a Developer's Kit and also how I'd stitch the finished product together. Any help would be greatly appreciated! P.S. decided to use Photoshop (HSV Noise is grayed out in GIMP 2.8.20, even though I have RGB Mode selected).

I recently download the Textures from the Gianni Dev kit, that I picked up awhile ago, into Photoshop. But now I'm completely stumped in terms of what to do next. Please help.

Thank you and are the Photoshop files available too or is it just the Gimp files? and what's fake baking/baking in general?

so, I recently decided that I wanted to make male skins (or is it appliers??) (preferably for the Signature Gianni Mesh Body). Now, I came across Robin's tutorial here: http://robin-makingstuff.blogspot.com/2011/08/making-male-skin-starlight-step-1.html but when I went to download the PSD (or) GIMP Files from here: https://sites.google.com/site/another/resources, I got this message here: https://gyazo.com/ef340677b787a851e5284f3e5d92ffab. SO, basically I was wondering if there were any other tutorials like Robins' that are currently accessible for people like myself who want to dabble in skin creation? Also, I've never made skins for ANY virtual program before. Translation: TOTAL NOOB HERE (in terms of skin making and things of that nature).

think I'll do that. Thanks

I tried Google...didn't really get that much

so, bought these handsome devils awhile back from Mr. Wainwright (Faust Steamer), but I'm not exactly sure where to start, (seeing as how I'm still a bit of a NOOB to Maya) and I've never created ANYTHING before. So, any help would be greatly apprieacted.
