I bought 15 usd worth of L and it was never sent to my account. Im trying to read on forums what to do but nothing is really clear. I would like help.

So everytime I log in, or on different random items while trying to wear or Rez I get an error message "unable to create item has caused problems on this region." Ive been to different sims and tried logging in or rezzing the items I know to give me the error message and I get the same problem every single time. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

So baisically, When I log into SL its be okay for a few seconds but then when i start to move or cam around my screen goes crazy and everything blinks in different colors and in different patterns. IVe used Singularity and Firestorm Viwer, both do the same thing.
