Dragon Mattercaster

Everytime I recieve an Email from the Second Life Marketplace its always in German. I have my Marketplace setup for English, I have my Sl Viewer set up for English. My SecondLife.com is set up in English. Why does this keep happening, and how can I fix this issue? I have noticed it happening for about a month now. I figured at first maybe its due to customers being German, but I found that is not the case. Please Help.
