I pay 259.00 per month for 30,000 Prims...that is the cost from LL. it is $229.00 for 20K prim and then $30.00 for the extra 10K prims.

I have a full non-grandfathered, at least I think, I bought the land in 2019, region for sale, 30,000 prim. The cost per month is $259.00 due on the 30th of the month to LL directly. Name of the sim is House of Darkness if you want to check it out, it is just flat land at the moment, you can terraform to what you like and change the rating. you can send me a notecard or IM to angel.blackwood in SL to show interest.
