  1. it turns out it *was* possible in this case. As Rolig Loon suggested, I contacted the billing office and they discovered the account had been indeed cancelled, and refunded my money

  4. I don't believe that was a game; rather it was one of the many traffic-gaining tools that are available through various vendors. Did you go from sim to sim to click on the triangles, or have to wait for the triangle to change color?
