It shouldn't be my internet connection & so far I haven't had any updates goin on while i'm in SL, also the place I use to unpack doesn't have any lag either & I don't have permission to build & don't mess script stuff! I may have to downgrade my Firestorm, i'm using the Beta update but it's been a bit since I changed to it & this problem only started a few days or so ago suddenly! Yeah, I dunno....but it's annoying as heck to have to redo everything everyday! Thnx for the input!

There should be a color/texture change HUD included with the outfit, just wear it & it should appear on your screen! You usually just click the color or texture & it should change, of course you have to be at a place that allows scripts like a sandbox, etc.

I've been having a problem for a few days now, I log out & when I log back in it's like I didn't do anything & I have to do it all over again! I unpack & catagorize & organize my items, but for a few days now when I log in ALL my progress is lost...it's like most everything is in packed form again in the objects folder like I didn't open them! Never had this problem before! What's happening & why?? LOL I didn't wanna get extreme...just add a few accents & as much trouble as it is & like you mentioned with the Alt + keystrokes there's no way i'd be usin it for chat or messages, that'd be just crazy! Thnx for the tip tho

Well, I wouldn't expect anyone to test combinations for me at all! Apparently I just assumed it was ASCII not unicode, i'll just have to keep experimenting I guess but as I mentioned I copied a short line of nonsense & it accepted it & now I can't even try for a week & I now have no display name for a week!

Ah ok, maybe it's unicode they use, I dunno...they use hearts & diamonds & all sorts of squiggly marks & stuff! Saw someone with swastickers *Spelling* Thank you very much tho...more info than the staff gave!

Uh, i'm aware of all the information you answered with! People are using all kinds of symbols in their display names tho...hearts, diamonds, etc & lots of different characters of other languages! Thanks anyway!

Ok, i've seen people with the fancy display names & i've been trying to Dr. mine up too! I have the ASCII characters on note cards, copy & paste them in the "change dispaly name" option on my profile, confirm the action & it keeps giving a message that it can't be used because it contains invalid chatraters! I even tried arranging the name 1st & copying to a new note card in finished form so it would be complete indstead of indivual characters at a time but it still didn't work. I just tried again before asking here...copied a short line of garbled characters & it accepted it, so I had to reset it & can't change it for a week now! Why won't it accept the ones I carefully put together? I'm using Firestorm viewer... What am I doing wrong?
