I am not American, and don't understand tipping. I understand 'fly-tipping' which is dumping your rubbish (Amer: garbage) on someones front-lawn... My other issue is that I go to some clubs for the chat, and keep the sound on mute as I can't stand most of what everyone else calls music. But sometimes, if the chat is good, I put a few L$100s in the venue tip box. Then, sometimes, I get this effusive 'thank you' in chat, which I hate! Like I say: I am not American, and don't understand tipping.....

This happened to me again yesterday. Tried an alt, and that was the same too. Everything in the inventory reported inaccessible. Solution, log out and do something else for an hour, then re-log and all well. Smells of AWS to me (well AWS, like most of Amazon, just stinks).

I would recommend the free LucyBody Atenea. It is almost fully compatible with the Maitreya Lara body, so most clothes fit. Heads are more difficult, watch out for the free Lelutka ones at Christmas or Akeruka also do them - you probably want EvoX for access to the vast amount of skins and makeup for them.

Ah, I kinda missed that. No. Not unrigged. It was a revelation to me that we can put rigged mesh things on ANY attachment point, AND that this affected their alpha 'priority' but not how they moved with the rigging points. Sorry for the noise. And @AmeliaJ08 they tried to go on the skull. Actually, now I think about it, Truth was trying to explain this to me when she changed her hairs to 'Chest' (1) - which screwed my RLVa-based replace script - but I was too dim to understand. You guys have explained it now, and the lightbulb came on! Thanks.

Sorry to wake this thread up again. I just managed to get a no.match hair style no_selection to work without glitching with my Lelutka eyebrows (baulked at all that cash for things too flashy for me) by attaching the hair on the 'right hind leg' or 'right pec'. Thankie @AmeliaJ08 for the link.

That works, but only intermittently. I have it set, but about 70% of the time I arrive in world with Shared Environment. I have tried turn it off, relogging, turn it on, relogging, but no luck. Sometimes it works....

Anyone know how to stop Firestorm reverting to 'Shared Environment' on relog? (You'd think I knew, but I don't)

How do you collect stats on which body people buy the item for? Almost all stores I shop at bundle all their sizes into each item. Edit:Just been to your store and see your recent stuff is sold for individual bodies. 'Nuf said.

I'd just like to add to the 'why people buy XYZ head or body' debate. I can't stand shops where the lighting blinds me with WHITE, this has stopped me from even getting a demo in several cases. I arrive, I scream, I TP out.

As rightly foretold by @Fionaleinthis cured itself overnight. AWS is worth it! (Not) One of my alts what was exhibiting the issue didn't recover properly, and remained an orange cloud. And as @Gabriele Gravessaid, the only way to fix it was to replace the 4 essential assets. Once that was done I was back in business.

Just now, when I log in EVERYTHING I am wearing comes up with this error, or something like it: Failed to find body part XYZ in the database What has gone wrong? (Firestorm latest)

I have officially stopped buying anything until LaraX is released so that I have enough left from my SL allowance to buy a bikini or two. So the rest of you can stop releasing new stuff for the summer.

There used to be a thing in human societies about respecting the wisdom of the old, it's almost gone from RL now. Not suggesting that you are particularly old, but you have certainly been here as a source of wisdom all the time I have been (second) alive. Peace and Love.

Lucybody Vania is interesting, as a less-curvy Petite. The chest is not affected by the Body Sliders, so they operate exclusively on the clothing. I actually prefer it to Lara+Petite for this reason, and it has the added virtue of no alpha-cuts, so the effect on lag is less.

I think 'curvy' is American for 'fatter than Lizzo'.

Ya, as long as I can put my head on it (Lelutka Lilly), and set it to under 5'3" without issue, not have wide hips and a fat butt (a LOT less wide and fat than the photos so far, BTW), then it doesn't matter a damn what is under the clothes, as long as they don't poke through. And I know how to make alpha BoMs, so I don't even need alpha-cuts, thanks. I am really looking forward to LaraX. It's like my electric car, I could have stuck with the horse and cart, but finding a wainwright was getting a might difficult.

I find I almost always need to alpha-out some aspect of the shoulder-arm connection on Lara, even for clothes from so-called 'good' (and expensive) designers (e.g. Meva and Blueberry). This may be because I won't compromise on my height (5'3"), nor give myself hyper-hips and broad shoulders.
