In addition, I’m so tight with the Trans community that I’m a founding member of our Trans ministry and several of my best friends are Trans. Trans people have the highest probability of being raped and murdered. I basically identify as Trans because of all this. Obviously, I’m gay so have been marginalized most of my life and was bullied in school. So, please have respect when discussing issues of abuse, victimization, stigmatization, and appropriation on MY threads.

No. This is impossible with no-mod objects containing no-mod scripts. If the object was mod, you could add a script with a link_message() event and llOwnerSay() the message. This will tell you nothing about whether the other script is working properly. Only if a script is mod, can you examine variables (by modifying the script to say variable values in chat). Even if you do this, it could break the hud easily. (Changing the script resets it, which can break the hud depending on its design.) Are you certain that you are not trying to use your hud in a “no-script” area?

Silly question, but when you view the Rezzed furniture in “Edit mode”, do you actually see a script in the Contents of the object?

It would be helpful if you explained how you want to use LSL scripting. What your goal is. “Increasing trust” isn’t a function in LSL scripting. Unless, you want to examine Permissions: giving another avatar’s script permission is required for their script to animate your avatar, etc.
