    People CAN buy other people gifts,if they want.  Santa DOES bring presents and is totally real.  However, his base is hidden so no one can find it.  If he wasn't real, how would NORAD be able to track him every Christmas Eve?

    that works too. :)  Some people like to reveal themselves.  I just didn't want people to feel upset if they weren't acknowledged.

    I had to tell Momo the difference between her Favorites list, which only she can see, and her Wishlist, which anyone can see.  I went to buy her a present once and it was full of demos. lol

    You don't have to register for Google Docs to participate.  It says to sign in if you want to save your progress, but it's not a requirement to fill out the form.  However, I respect your choice not to participate.

    I don't need an email address. There's nothing in that asking for one.  There's literally 2 things you need to fill out. Your Legacy name and your link to your wishlist.  That's all I asked for and that's all I get. 

    Google on the other hand says  something like " this is your email address" or some crap.  that's them, not me.  I don't get any of that.

    Okay, you can go to your wishlist, and at the bottom ( if you have anything in it. *cough* @Orwar *cough*) There will be a link that says " View and share your wishlist".  Click  on that, and then go up to the address bar and just highlight and copy the URL.  It should look like this

    Hi everyone!!  We did this last year, and it seemed to have been a success, so we're doing it again this year!  From now until December 8th at noon SLT,  if you want to participate in Secret Santa, just fill out the form (link below) and include your Legacy name and a link to your MarketPlace Wishlist.   You'll then be matched with someone and given a link to their wishlist.  Matches will be sent out December 10th, as that gives me time to organize everything.  This gives you plenty of time to actually go through the MarketPlace and putting stuff on your non-existent wishlist.  You know who you are. lol 

    As with last year,  If you get a gift, come back to this thread and share what you got and who your Secret Santa was, if you want or know. 

     

    If you'd like to participate, just sign up using the Secret Santa form.  Thanks and lets have fun everyone!! 

     

    Q: What if I want to sign up an alt?

    A: You can do that, as the only requirements are Legacy name and link to wishlist.  Please don't abuse this, though.  If you have 50 alts, you might end up buying for yourself, as I don't know which ones are alts of each other. 

     

    Q.  I don't do wishlists, so I can't participate.

    A. Not everyone likes wishlists.  That's fine. If you still want to participate, just put in some of your likes/dislikes where it asks for the wishlist link.  wishlists just makes it easier for people to give you something you'd like and didn't have. 

     

    Q.  Why do you require an email? I don't want to share that.

    A.  I don't require an email. Google says " this is your email address" if you want to progress, I guess.  That is all Google and I never see your email.   See image below.

    A. That's completely fine with me. You aren't required to participate, nor are you required to share your email address.   Like I said before. I never see your email, as it's not shared with me.  See image below.
