Are these Grandfathered SIMS? Honestly for only 15,000 Prims on the sim you can get a brand new region for $349 with 20,000 Prims to start so these prices are a bit over the top.

I am very interested in purchasing a full region, PVT ISLAND NO MAIN LAND PLEASE with a Tier due date right after the 20th of the month will be ready to purchase right after June 20th 2019 would like to have 30,000 prims but 20,000 is good. Please get back to me if you have land available. Again to reiterate thats a tier due date that comes right after the 20th of the month, thanks and hope to hear from people soon.
