I don't understand why I was not told there was going to be a fee for adding payment info. Furthermore, I don't understand why it costs ten linden every time you upload an image. Is there a way to test and see if an image works inworld first before you pay that fee? I want to create skins and clothes, but I don't want to pay 10 linden just to test if it looks right in SL.
