I went to this page and followed the instructions for my HP laptop and a few other friends and Firestorm worked. Make sure you have the viewer installed first and get this fix. Dell laptops was a simple update from the manufacture web sight but was not the case for us with HP. The official LL viewer did work but after some time when finding this page all were able to run the latest firestorm 5 viewer. http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_intel_fix_32bit

I'm not sure what tab it is under in Singularity but it is name VIEW in there instead of area search in the firestorm viewer
