You could try out Solway Bay. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Sage%20Isle/228/240/21 A small little bay with a few spots to hang out. And up on the cliff sits Buzz – an Indie and rock club – it has several levels and as they only have events on Mondays a great place to hang the rest of the time. You can choose from several land streams on the jukebox which is always a bonus.

The Citadel is a lovely sim and there is a part of that sim where it rains. Last time I was at Ironwood Hills it had rain in the cemetery and fairground, but I've not been since they updated it recently. Sorry, I'm posting from phone so can't give you LM's but both should be easily found in search.
