I go to create a store and it says there's things I need to do. I thought I met all requirements, but it still won't work. Re-reading the question and is it possible that by transaction they mean that I need to make a purchase with real currency? So do I have to pay to own a Marketplace store? EDIT: Wow, that's bad. I also don't understand... My partner has a marketplace store, I am pretty sure she has never used a credit card. EDIT 2: No that still makes the game P2P... which I don't remember it being. I am not in the US or UK so this isn't even an option for me even if I could afford it.
