My house is a virual sex house for everyone and people have asked me to leave! haha. How do I get my money back?

I unpacked it and put the furniture straight into the list. I can click 'wear' and that works but that doesn't help. I can't grab the furniture and move it to the floor. It show a closed lock icon. Tried everything and need some help. Thanks.
