I keep getting barred from NCI KUULA, and I can't find out why or by whom. I would be happy to comply with the rules if I know which ones I'm breaking. If your helpers can't help me comply, they are not doing their job. They are HELPERS,not GESTAPO! I'm sure you can find out who is doing this to me. I am trying to pay in advance as funds may not be available on billing date. My billing date is Jan 17 but funds may not be in the account. until Jan 21. If billing can be postponed until Jan 21, than no prob. If not please call me at 1 561 906 5158. This is a DIRECT EXPRESS account and the money will always be there on the third Wed. of every month.
