Здравствуйте, хочу поделиться статьей с людьми, которые сталкиваются с проблемой по отношению к виртуальному пространству Second Life. Данная тема поможет решить несколько проблем. 1. Черный или розовый экран, не отображается меш на собственном аватаре. + Попробуйте обновить драйвера вашей видеокарты до последней модели, если у вас последняя версия драйвера, убедитесь в том, что ваш клиент обновлен до последней версии, либо же установите предыдущее обновление для видеокарты. Иногда достаточно почистить кэш. 2. В инвентаре пропали вещи, СЛ начал лагать, проблема с настройками неба. + Почистите кэш внутри секонд лайфа, нажмите на "Пуск" в строке введите "Выполнить", в появившемся окне введите %TEMP% и почистите доступные файлы. + Если первые пункты не особо помогли, попробуйте переустановить СЛ. Удалите клиент через "Программы и компоненты", затем зайдите на основной диск вашего компьютера (Зачастую, это диск С), Пользователи->User (или то имя, которое вы дали)->после пользователя введите в адресной строке это \AppData -> Roaming. Почистите все файлы по Second Life клиенту. Если не запускается Second Life, убедитесь в том, что у вас достаточно ОЗУ. Ctrl Alt Delete -> Диспетчер задач -> Производительность. Чтобы узнать сколько ОЗУ на компьютере, нажмите Пуск-> правой кнопкой по "Компьютер", выберите "Свойства", там будет информация в разделе "Установленная память (ОЗУ) по поводу кол-ва гб, доступных на вашем компьютере. Для Секонд Лайфа в наше время для минимальных требований нужно следующее: от 4 гб ОЗУ на компьютере (если есть возможность, посмотрите в гугле как расширить память), 64 битная система, Windows 10.

Напишу на русском. Во-первых, мое знание английского языка достаточно корректное для понимания. Во-вторых, я не противоречу своим словам. Если вы не умеете читать, то это не мои проблемы. Множество владельцев магазинов страдают от изобилия людей с отсутствием образования и знаний Секонд Лайфа. Умничать я тоже могу в плане знания языка. Я считаю вполне рациональным предложением ввода контрольной системы покупателей по тому, как клиент отзывается о товаре. Что непонятно в контексте «there is only a texture for the tattoo layer»? Мне надоело уже читать отзывы о товарах, на подобии «Я купил вещь, а внутри коробки!» и единицу к продукту по той причине, что покупатель не умеет открывать коробки. Большинство ответов, которые я здесь увидел, вполне нелогичны. Я говорю о детальном внятном и понятном описании к товару, которое не читают. Или же пишешь "no bento and facial animations", а в ответ получаешь негативный отзыв со словами "There is no face animations!", you don't say? К тому же, когда пишешь ответ покупателю, то тот не всегда отвечает, покупатель хамит по тому поводу, что его побеспокоили. Если человек не умеет себя нормально вести и написать лично продавцу прежде, чем купить продукт (раз настолько непонятно для него написано), то почему от этого должен страдать продавец? Я считаю подобное некомпетентным. Продавцы такие же люди как и покупатели, имеющие право оставлять отзывы о своих покупателях и их внимательности. Естественно, если отзыв направлен в сторону покупателя попросту с оскорблениями, то подобные отзывы можно было бы помечать, дабы их убирали. Если вам нравится прогибаться под чужое мнение и вы зависимы от этого - пожалуйста, возвращайте линдены назад. Но я этим заниматься не собираюсь, потому что у меня есть чувство достоинства. Многие покупатели обманывают продавцов, пишут в личных сообщениях "Отдайте мне деньги, ибо товар меня не впечатлил." дабы получить и деньги, и товар одновременно. Я был бы вернул деньги если бы имел возможность удалить купленный у меня товар с инвентаря покупателя, но такой возможности нет. Поэтому я считаю нелогичных возмещать деньги людям, которые оставляют себе товар, сказав что вещь им не понравилась или они якобы по ошибке что-то купили. Единственный случай, при котором я возвращаю деньги назад - это двойная покупка. И то, если покупатель сообщил мне об этом лично (так как я не бегаю и не проверяю без причин кто и сколько чего купил). Возмещаю я ту сумму, которая мне пришла (то есть, без учета комиссии, которую забирает Линден Лаб). На маркетплейсе нет кнопки "Refund", чтобы покупатель мог вернуть себе назад деньги, а товар был бы удален с инвентаря. И это не смотря на то, что подобную функцию вполне возможно ввести, раз уж ввели компиляцию перевода вещей в магазин при помощи VMM (View Managed Marketplace). Но эта функция является такой же нелогичной. Покупатель возьмет себе вещь, сфотографируется в ней, а когда ему надоест вещь, то решит вернуть, дабы возместить себе деньги.

I hope my idea can be realize, because buyers isn't right. My shop without refunds and i don't earn real money fron Second Life. So i don't change my rules anyway. Thanks for your answers, but i prefer be honest with customers and i don't refund. I always check my items 5 times to be sure of the quality of the goods. A lot of creators leaved Second Life because they got bad reviews. I believe that many unjustly offend content creators and called they "jerks". I do not understand people who support buyers who spoil reviews because of their carelessness. Believe, your target audience will not change if you do not refund the monetary contribution to inattentive users. Hi, Cindy! A lot of customers discourage sellers. And i think we need this system because some buyers ignore when you tried solve their problem and ignore personal messages, like a "Hello, this clothes onlt for classic avatars. You can not use this dress/outfit with your mesh avatar. Be careful and always read the description because creators always tell to their customers what they selling". A lot of customers don't like when creators trying help to they. There is a reason why idea with customer review system is fair. I think creators and sellers must know who wrote reviews with this system. If customer leaved their review he/she ready for personal evaluating. This system will avoid crooks and scammers among buyers who cheat others.

Hello, few days ago i have a trouble and it's still not resolved. I am not alone with this problem... When i trying select some things for "Related items" there was no reaction. All those items already listed and active. When i trying add in a folder with my item a notecard or lm, it's show to me mistake and added to listings! When i deleted it at the my Marketplace listings and trying do it at MP - on the market it always remains in its place. Actions - Detele don't work.

Привет. Вам подарили скин, который работает с мешевыми запчастями тела. То есть, филейная часть докупается отдельно, более того, ее название сказано либо в заметке (Notecard) либо прописано возле названия Applier. В секонд лайфе любые нестандартные тела, руки, ноги, головы и прочее покупают отдельно (не бесплатно).

Здравствуйте, тех. поддержка Вам не поможет с такими вопросами. Более того, владельцы симов, запретившие аватары Кемоно, обговаривали это с Линден Лабом, на что те дали свое согласие. Данное правило относится только к владельцам определенных симов, которым по личным обстоятельствам не нравятся кемоношные аватары. Одним напоминают детей, других просто раздражают. Это не распространяется на абсолютно все взрослые симы.

А еще в интернете можно поискать UV Test Grid и с помощью такой сетки вычислить наложение текстуры на объект, дабы верно разместить частицы.

My friends have the same problem at SL in latest time. It happened 2 days ago. I changed viewer/cleared cache, restarted my PC - and it don't help. When i log in (firestorm) and click on hair/headбIt does not appear. On classic viewer it doesn't appear too (Roaming/Temp files is clear). My avatar include low lag scripts. On snapshot he without hair, because hair won't load.  RenderVolumeLODFactor doesn't resolved my problem. It's reaction to the upgrade, need to optimize for the old software. And optimization must be carried out not by the user, this is work for Linden Lab.
