Same happend to me 2 weeks ago,, i contacted support,yes toke few days for answer but they did send me my money back on card.. but 5 days ago happend again,and still no proper answer and this time the amount is higher,so i guess SL servers have big problems if charge our money but in world we dont have any!

I bought nahara corvus head , for my maitreya body.Not even in this day i can make it fit, cant edit how it say when buy, no eyes will fit on head,just 2 holes, i tryed multiple mesh eyes ,huds ,nonmesh etc.Owner dont even bother to answer of messages or notecards,and i send plenty by now. Is outrageous to see how some make money by selling bad products,and dont try to solve problem,like others creators.After all is our money and this disrespect is beyond limits,and is not first who does this.I think is time for be solved in a way or other !

I am having same problems with Corvus nahara head, there is no edit allowed how is say when purchase, no eye will fit ,and i am having Maitreya body.Owner not even bother to answer on messages or notecards. This people should be stoped from sell things that dont fit ,or at least to have the respect to answer and try fix the problems,like others creators,since we spend our money on them products!
