  1. Like many here, and excluding those, like you, suffering from delusions of adequacy, comprehension of your apparently random outpourings seems impossible without giving them considerably more attention than they could possibly deserve.

Or perhaps it's because it's necessary to be in a similar chemically deranged state to understand your posts.

Oh, and you must mean distinguished, rather than extinguished, since I have certainly not been put out in any sense.

Not knowing how to spell is another well-known fact

Would you like to run that past me again, this time in coherent English, perhaps?

Nope. If you don't understand simple english, then try a forum that's dedicated to your native language.

I understand simple, moderate, and complex English. I can also find the shift key. What I have problems with is people posting their confused thoughts without first putting them into some sort of comprehensible order.

And yet another typical response from someone who is defeated

Your insistence on repeating the same nonsense does not make it anything but nonsense.

Nevertheless, I am sure that you are pleasing some student who has come to "this forums" in search of material regarding whether SL might be a useful environment to encourage the senile to try to communicate their confusion.

  4. The UK tax authorities are interested in the source of income, and in associating the relevant expenses with those different sources.

In this context, income from self-employment is just one of the categories that has to be reported, and can exist concurrently with income from employment as well as income from a range of other sources; for example, in my case I have considerable income from several trust funds, tax on which is paid (at a minimal rate) in the Seychelles, so I - well, my accountants - simply have to report the essential figures to HMRC who presumably fume at their prospective pensions not being subsidised by any contributions from me.

I will admit that it's a bit of a nuisance having to visit the Seychelles several times a year to satisfy some regulation or other, but it's something I have come to terms with over the years, and it keeps my golfer's sun-tan topped up.

Despite the seemingly threatening wording of the HMRC, there is actually no compulsion to pre-register as self-employed, but you may find yourself penalised if you do not pay the appropriate National Insurance Contributions in a timely fashion - and once again you are wrong, Phil, because paying a higher level of the wrong type of Contribution is no barrier to HMRC action.

hey all im doing my taxes and need to know if i have to put the L$ i turned into RL money on my taxes and if so how do i go about doing that?

If you are living in Greece, then just demand to have your legal liabilities negotiated away, and threaten not to pay anyway - but insist on continuing to receive any and all free handouts available.

Here in the UK such forms aren't needed. We simply itemise our income on the Tax Return form. It doesn't need to be backed up with paperwork. They aren't going to complain if we declare income that we have no evidence for
    :)

    Wrong.

As soon as you introduce a new and unusual source of income of any significance - which can not be easily validated by reference to the paying authority - HMRC are likely to investigate further (particularly if there is a suggestion that the income might be derived from foreign sources and is therefore potentially subject to double taxation rules, or even ...gasp... money laundering) and demand proof of origin and that you have not understated it, a practice that has discommoded many naive little businessmen in the UK. Tax investigations are fun, but not for the subject of them.

people came from all over and made a whole village and a forest and waterfall and everything. Was quite a bustling little community after about a week

then he came back and we all get our stuff returned lol. The big meanie (:

There is almost nothing left of the
