    I had the same problem and just discovered this in the Second Life Project Benchmark viewer. Go to Preferences/Graphics/ and UNCHECK Advanced Lighting Model. That made my meat heels go away. At least for me. I don't know if anyone else can see them. Happy Thanksgiving!
