I've checked item when repacked it, it was CMT what is more than good. That's a reason I'm surprised more than should be

I just told with guy we had a compromise. But I wasn't able to find article for merchants what to do with problematical reviews.

I have no bunch of items, and almost have no reviews besides one. And buyer told lies - item always had cmt permissions (I fixed it to mt last night). What should I do with it? It hurts me when I see it The only way is to delete good? Sad thing is I wrote to buyer and he answered something not related, like he doesn't want to talk or something. =========== UPD: 4 years later buyer was ready to talk issue was resolved
