I went back for a second look. The houses I like are only on the 512 small lot with the low prim count of 175. It makes no sense to me why this was done. Why not have all lots at 1024 with a prim count of 351? Other than the campers all regions have lots at 1024 with a 351 prim count.

I like what I see so far with Newbrooke and I think there are many possibilities in decorating these homes. However, what has disappointed me is the two lot sizes. I prefer smaller houses and to select one of them I would feel cheated with the lower prim count compared to my neighbor with their bigger lot. I had a camper once and gave it up because I never had enough prims to work with and the lot was to small. So, I feel the small lot size is a deal breaker for me and I'll stay in my cute Alderley Traditional house with the higher prim count and bigger lot.
