Thanks. It's working again. Where or how do I check to see if a sim is off line?

I keep getting the "failed to brant capabilities" message.

I have been recommended as a modler for a project that is an ocean oil platform. One of the photos supplied to me is of ANWR. I like the model and want to know if I need permission to model it in real life for this project.
