It’s hard starting a community when people move on with their search because of no neighbors. Neighbors happen once people start renting. I have about 6 tenants now all of whom are on at different times a lot of times but a couple who are on quite often and for long periods of times. I have a town with amenities and fun things to do for the renters to enjoy and bring friends over too, but again, if people move on without renting how does it ever fill up and become a community? I have two renters in particular who want neighbors so bad but how does that happen if people move on because at the time of their search there’s no one around so they move on. I already offer some of the cheapest rentals in hopes it would fill up that way. I don’t necessarily do it to make money, I do it mostly to give people a place to live for cheap, have fun with things to do and bring their friends over to join them in the fun. I’ve just recently added some townhouses within the town itself (most other rentals are on a platform of their own with access to town) but my thought is maybe people would like to actually live in the town itself. And yes Ken, my answer to you was I would remove all or any furniture for you to use your own. I can also make it all movable to be moved around.
