  1. I think this is a very exciting concept
  2. As a SL hoarder, I don't think I could even decorate a bathroom for that little of space!
  3. From a personal standpoint as a consumer, I definitely feel far more confident in a purchase if I see that there is active support available. I find it helpful for the merchant to leave a comment because it can often alleviate any doubts by proving that there was simply a miscommunication with that specific buyer and not an actual issue with the product.
  4. It looks like the Lelutka Chloe bento mesh head.
  5. It looks to be the skin called "Cheyenne" by L'Etre. Currently, it is not available in-store or online along with many of the other older skins due to an ongoing legal dispute.
  6. What is your most fond memory, or moment, you've experienced in SL so far? I was feeling inspired today when exploring different regions and wanted to hear about what wild (or even mild) experiences other's have had.
  7. It sounds like you are only attaching/detaching the applier HUDs. You need to open up your control HUD for your body and clear your clothing layers (usually categorized along the line of clothes, undies, tattoos). It should clear your applied clothing. If you need more specific instructions, edit your post to include which body you use, so that someone can let you know step by step instructions.
  8. In order to get large curves like that, you are probably going to need to get a mesh body with the additional attachments of a bum and breasts. There are several options listed on the marketplace. Make sure that they are either omega or tango compatible.
  9. I think that is a great project you have going there! I love the ambition of making it large scale. Impressive! You should keep up the good work and continue exercising your creativity.
  10. Hi there, I am interested in purchasing your sim. I have sent you messages on the other platforms as well, hope to hear from you.
  11. Group visibility in your profile By default, others can see the groups to which you belong in your profile. To hide a group so that it does not appear in your profile: Choose Communicate > Groups or right-click on yourself and choose My Groups. Click the group you want to hide Click Group Profile. Deselect Show in my profile. Click Save. Here is a link as well if you need a visual aid: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Joining-and-participating-in-groups/ta-p/700117
  12. It is definitely a Catwa mesh head. I am not exactly sure which one, but my best guess is it resembles the Annie head. You should stop by the store inWorld and try out the demos for the heads to see which you like best.
  13. If you want to roleplay the realism of pregnancy, you can find a mating HUD on the marketplace. The HUDs allow you to manually switch the status of your settings to 'pregnant', without having another partner involved. From there, you can simply roleplay how many kids, the genders, or even doctor visits if you want. And to simulate the physical changes, you can create/edit your shape as the weeks go by, or simply buy pre-made shapes on the marketplace. :smileywink:
  14. I would recommend also checking out Heritage Adoption Agency.
  15. I would recommend reaching out to and communicating with the seller. Express your concern on the issue and try to discuss a possible solution.
  16. Perhaps fill out your profile inWorld to give people an idea of what you are like. Add a few photos, add visible groups, add some interests/hobbies, and try to fill out a description of yourself, or even add some picks. Profiles are a first impression, so if it is left blank it looks like you have nothing to express about yourself. People tend to use profiles to find common ground or icebreakers.
  17. It is not possible to locate where an avatar is unless they tell you or you by chance come across them on the same sim. Your best bet would be to reach out to them and ask them. The only way I know of to check when they were last online is if you are a member of a same group that they are in. If you scroll through the list of name and find theirs, it will say when their last login was.
  18. All very good suggestions! I think this is a great simplified list for those just starting out in the world of Second Life. I would also add 'be patient' to the list. Sometimes it can get discouraging making friends immediately. But if you stick to it and don't give up you are sure to have success.
  19. New to building here, so go easy on me please. I was playing around with the Zimberlab wall kits and I got stumped with texturing. I have wall A aligned with a second wall (wall B). They are placed side by side to look like one giant flat wall. When I link them, they show up as one part. When I go into edit mode to select a face and try to tint, it will only select the face on one wall at a time. How do I make it so that both of the walls can be tinted as one face together? If that was worded poorly, I can clarify if needed.
  20. No one besides the owner should be able to mess with the settings of the HUD. Unless the owner of the HUD has installed an add on such as the Mama Allpa Lock and has their RLV enabled. Even with that though, the owner must designate who is in charge of their HUD. I have not heard any previous reports of this myself, but if your friend is still concerned, I would reach out to the mama allpa staff.
  21. Hello there, I am interested in your sim for sale. I am willing to cover the transfer fees myself. Hope to hear back from you.
  22. Unfortunately I don't believe there are any mesh heads available like that at this time. If you are afraid of looking like everyone else, finding the right combination of different facial appliers may be your best bet for a mesh head. Such as applying a browless version of a skin and then applying a separate brow and everything else to try to be as unique as you can. Sorry best of luck to you.
  23. I dropped you a notecard inWorld. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
  24. I am looking for someone who could create a custom logo design for a business. Willing to negotiate pay for the job. IM me inworld for the quickest response.
