Hi, I was talking about when I said 'my mesh' is my avatar since I am all mesh from head to toe. And yes they looked right before and I don't know why this happens.

It's been 2 days since I can't load my mesh. They look like weird looking shapes. I don't know what to do, i already tried clearing my cache but nothing worked. Can anyone please help me?

I have an avatar for 3 years now and I can't open it anymore. It says that they can't find the avatar or something. My friends told me that my account hasn't been online so I don't think I got hacked or something. When I wanted to reset my password it didn't send me any mails on my email. I wanted to know what caused this and if I can have my avatar back.

I have a problem with signing in with my older account. I can't log in to it and it keeps on telling me I've entered the wrong password but I know to myself that it is the right one. It happened a few days since I've entered the same email address to the both accounts. I have asked some people about it but they didn't had a problem with it at all. So I conclude that my account has been hacked. But no one's getting it online. I communicated with my friends on that account and they told me I haven't been on. So I was thinking it may be hold, deleted, or hacked. I badly need to know how to file a ticket so I could know the truth. Thanks guys.
