My main merchant account has been put on hold by the lab until I answer half a dozen personal questions so they can verify my identity. (And no, this is not about taxes, they have been provided all that information) Anyone else having this issue now? wondering if the lab has been hacked with our personal login info. Frankly, Im reluctant to provide a lot of information. But for now, Im out of business.
