Product listings that were still missing should now be restored and can be viewed on your Manage Listings page on the Second Life Marketplace web site.
Users who had Product Listing Enhancements on affected listings should have been refunded and may view the refunds on the L$ Transaction Log through the main SL web site.
If you continue to have an issue, or are unable to see the refund, please submit a new Support Ticket under Marketplace - General Marketplace Issues and we will be able to assist you as quickly as possible.

I filed a ticket on the losses I incurred due to this but but my ticket was closed with no response. I resubmitted the ticket and again, the ticket was closed with no response. I lost quite a bit of money on the disappearance of "no-copy" items. Why are my tickets asking about the refund being closed?
Never mind, I missed that it is Product Listing Enhancements and not the loss of Marketplace items that is being refunded. But, not answering and just closing my tickets isn't acceptable at all.

I am a reseller of Gacha's but I can sympathize with you. There are some reseller's who do not abide by the listing rules for the MP at all. But, I find the same to be true for non-gachas. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to search for something and not matter how specific I am, i.e, women's white pants; I have to wade through all kinds of items that have nothing to do with women's white pants. So, it happens with non-gachas too. LL set's up rules for listings but does not enforce them people list as they please.

I have had people tell me that when they see me I am standing in T-pose or my eyelids are closed; even that my clothing is attached to the side of my body instead of covering it. I don't see these at all. I see my avi as walking-moving - not in a static pose, eyelids open and it is fully clothed. What could be causing this to happen? I have had two people tell me the same thing.

I don't know if I am qualified to answer this question but in my experience, sometimes the box the item came in is "non-transferable" but the item, when you open it, is. Sometimes at the start of an event, creators don't set the permissions correctly and have to go back in and reset. They usually will replace any items that were not set correctly if you ask. The whole point of gacha is to have the ability to resell extra items and to do that, they must be transferable. Hope this helps.

How has this been marked as "answered"? It isn't since no one has given me an explanation of what these scripts have to do with a simple sit script. When that is done, it will be answered.

That sounds logical. I have checked every scripted item I have and the only two I found with these scripts are from a reseller. I can't see how having a script for a CPU, IP address, RAM, HD, ect. would have any bearing on a simple sit script. I need to find an answer to that question. Given the level of security problems in SL, it is best to be overcautious instead of complacent.

What are these scripts doing in a sofa? Why were they put there? How do I know that my machine is safe when the scripts are scripts that are used for control of a computer. I am linked to SL through my IP address which there is a script for that included. I ran the reset because no scripts were showing for the item and their should have been to at least to sit. I went and checked everything I had down in my Sim and found one other item with these scripts in it. I have never seen these before and both items were from resellers.. I don't trust them and need to know who and why they were placed in these items. I need a better explanation for this. *not as dumb as I look either*

I purchased a complete set from a reseller and found in the scripts of every object, scripts that monitor all the functions of a personal computer

No, I didn't ge the message first; I wouldn't have done it then. I got it second. I did stop and went to pick things up individually but they evaporated so it was too late by then. Please reread what I wrote then comment

Today I was transferrring from one island to another and went to pick all the items on the land I was vacating. I went to the "About Land" and under "Objects" clicked on return "Owned by Parcel Owner" [that's me]. After the times were returned, I clicked on "Set to Group"- return. I got a message saying that all items not set to Group would be deleted. But when I went to click on the times that were left to transfer them to Group; they just evaporated. These were all no-copy, rare items so that is why this is such an issue. Is there anyway to recover them and why isn't the "Owned by Other's" first so you have warning to change to group status any items are not yet set to the group? Mostly I wonder if there is any way to recover them.

This started yesterday; [it also showed in the script errors that my avatar was the source of the script errors]; and today I am still getting this message when I try to rez or attach any of my inventory items. Today it is not showing the avatar,nor any item as the source of any scripting errors, but the message is still popping up. I have tried rebaking textures, all the Avatar Health items, reinstalled Firestorm, cleared caches- I am not sure what else to try.

Thank you for the response. This is a rented homestead and I went through all different types of objects in my inventory and nothing will rezz or attach to my avatar. I will speak to the land owner then.

I returned from another sim; rezzed a build and during the rezzing, I noticed while flying, my avatar kept going invisible, then reappearing. The only item left showing are the shoes. The timing is consistent with how long it stays visible. I have tried stopping animations, revoking animations, rebaking; pretty much everything under Avatar health. I use Firestorm and I rebuilt the bridge. There is a small white square above where the head would be- right below the speak circle, I haven't seen that before on my avatar, but then again, I haven't seen it disappear and reappear over and over either. What could be going on?

When trying to wear a sweater with the alpha layer [plus wearing mesh hair]; parts of the back of my avatar become transparent - especially where the strands of hair fall. I can actually see through to the other side. I don't know what is causing this nor how to fix it. I tried not using the alpha layer but even taking the avatar size down, skin still pokes thru at the arms. This is a favorite sweater and would hate to not be able to wear it. Any suggestions?

After rezzing a build, the rezzer is putting this message all over the build: Tracking! [Deploy Mode]; exclamation mark theirs. I a happy with the placement of the build; have stored it but I am not sure what else I am suppose to do.

The status is saying "Resolved" for today but my screen still looks the same; messed up graphics; so I am wondering if I have something else going on with my computer. Is anyone else still having problems?

If a creator continues to sell a product at his inworld store and at the marketplace that does not work can anything be done? There have been numerous complaints from buyers regarding, not just the product, but the seller not contacting anyone who has IM him. This hand as been going on for months so that tells me the creator knows the product is bad but continues to sell it. That just isn't right and can anything be done to at least get this store taken down?

I have been having this same problem since last Friday. This is the also the answer I received - the internet is overloaded. Where I live our speeds are notoriously bad to begin with so the added usage has caused it to be slower than dial-up. I did clean out my inventory and used storage boxes; anything to help.
Patience I have learned though, is a virtue I am sorely lacking when it comes to internet speed. 😠
