  1. Thank you all a bunch. And yes , before deciding to check here and make a post, I did try sending the creator both a notecard and an IM, as well as trying redelivery, and looking around for and asking if they had their own store related redelivery system in their store that I was in when I made the purchases. Yet, I wanted to ask here, just in case they never get back to me or it happened again in the future and I could have another solution. Also, I believed that I had the option to automatically accept items on, but I guess I didn't or there was an issue that hadn't recognized. But, I never declined it or anything of the sort. It literally never popped up on my screen but the nearby chat and the pop-op on the other side of the screen mentioning payment, did confirm that the transaction did go through and the linden paid was removed from my balance. So, they definitely went through, only the option to keep the items didn't pop up on my screen, in that moment, for either. This is the first time the option hadn't popped up, on my end to keep the items I bought. Thank you all again. I appreciate the support. (Update: The creator just got back to me about my notecard and message that I sent prior to addressing the matter here. They were kind enough to send me the items I had been missing. I'd like to thank those who had taken the time to respond to my post, once again. I appreciate the help!)
  2. What happens to an inworld purchase if you don't click to keep the item after buying? (Ex: The pop up is cut out of your viewer window due to it not being full screen, you've accidentally clicked on something else, interference with your device you're running Second Life on, crashing...ect.)
  3. (I know, I know...I'm late.) I just installed the Black Dragon viewer, yesterday. Heard of it many times and never tried it. Especially due to Windows 10 being picky about the viewers. I've been having the same issue with the original SL viewer and Firestorm on my laptop, since my Windows 10 update. I love the Black Dragon viewer so far. Beautiful, quick, and accurate. The only things I'm not too fond of are the look, walk and spin controls. They have to be adjusted to your liking and it can be a bit difficult. Especially due to people's preferences being different when it comes to controls. (I'll post the link to a video on how to adjust them.) Otherwise, I can adjust to everything else. Quick loading HUDs and when you teleport, you can see the actual percentage and the load quicker. This viewer is good for those who have to deal with lag, in my opinion. Here's the link and I wish you and many others who read this post with the same issue, the best experience with it!: Additionally...does anyone whose ever used the Black Dragon viewer, know the song used on the log in screen? It's beautiful.
  4. So for about the past three days, I've been unable to sign into my sl account. And as soon as I type in my log in information, the "buffering" icon appears on my mouse and the window for SL says something like "Secondlife is not responding". Now, the login has always had it's days where it's been a quick login and it's days when I've had to wait for a few minutes. Recently, I have had to wait for a few minutes. A couple of times yesterday, it signed me in and quickly before I crashed again and had to click "quit" due to being logged out of SL forcefully, I saw my avatar's clothes (nothing else) and there was a falling animation. I tried teleport to different regions and the animation remained. I have my "home" set to a sandbox (Skybeam Stillwater) where not many people visit, so I can reduce second life's crashing and too much lag risks. Even there, I was forcefully signed out, before my body even loaded up. The second time, nothing loaded, I was a cloud (ah..memories) and my sl window went black and white without the "send an IM..." or the "you've been logged out of Second Life.." popups. I tried installing SL again and restarted my laptop many times since. It made no difference. I don't know what else to do. If anyone knows a solution to this issue, please let me know. Thank you, in advance.

  6. How may I save my house and the items inside, together as a whole? I purchased a home and items to place in it. Now, I'd like to save the layout within the house, with the house. Alright, I figured that. But, I forgot to and should have clarified the real issue with that..I'm unable to select. Or use ctrl-3. I've tried a few ways, to try and see if I could save it all, even with that issue at hand. I apologize for not fully explaining or clarifying the entire issue. Never mind it. I figured out another way to do so, after toying with it a bit. But even so, thank you both. :womanlol:
