FYI everyone This problem was a simple one - being clueless about BOM, I foolishly turned out the BOM switch on my Genus hud and all my hairbases disappeared....🙄 It turned out to be just me having a dumbass moment. Thanks for the responses though, much appreciated.

Hi - I have a little problem. I have a genus strong face head and lately I have found that it doesn't show any of the hairbases I use, whether BOM or not. Can anyone advise please? I really don't to walk around looking like I'm wearing a wig any more. :(

Thanks for all the suggestions - will give them all a go. If they don't work I'll just try to the shape as close to the old one as possible and back it up. Thanks again

I really hope someone can help me. I've already submitted a ticket with Support about this. I spent over two weeks working on my avi, saved the shape, used it numerous times over different outfits, changed clothes yesterday and now the system seems to have lost it. I get an error every time I change outfits saying that my shape cannot be found. The one I saved as a copy has also gone missing and I am so annoyed now, having wasted so much time on creating it! Can anyone help with this at all please?

This is very disappointing. Seems really malicious. Just look at how busy the Genus shop was when they re-opened! Genus is so loved because they are one of the few SL companies now, that don't seem to be all about the money. This is so unfair. I hear Genus are going to see this out in court now, so hopefully this can be stopped. I hope they get compensation for this, because they have lost a lot of business over the past few months due to the first complaint. Whoever complained is a complete loser. Hi everyone. I have a Belleza Freya body and find that my hands are not fitting at the wrist. They look like they are sliced and refitted badly at the wrist. This is the best way I can explain it. Does anyone know how to fix this at all please?

I finally got my new Linden home - took best part of a year to get it, but it was worth the wait! Keep checking forums for releases. I was lucky enough to just log in at the right time.

I'm left wondering what the point is in having premium membership... Not everyone in SL is a business owner and good neighbourhood rp sims are diminishing bit by bit. This could potentially be the best thing for SL in a long time, if only Linden Labs would use a bit of sense. To be honest, I am so annoyed at how difficult it is to get a new home and the unfairness of it all, that I am thinking I might as well leave for good!

For the first time I was 2 months late paying my membership bill. I am still unable to login at my rented home and was wondering how long it takes for the account to go back to normal access of premium sims?

I'm not that technical, so can anyone please tell me how to safely install the normal viewer? I have been unable to download any updates and was told to do a safe install?
