I play the piano in RL and would like to share my music with my friends in SL. What is the easiest way to upload one of my music files into my inventory?

One of my sons bought a trampoline but only he can bounce on it because the parcel I own has No Pushing activated and in my About Land options it is greyed out so I cannot uncheck it. Is it possible to uncheck this so that we can all use his trampoline or can only the region estate owners do this? Is it a case that this is a regionwide setting or can they reset it for individual parcels?
