TRD ESTATES SALES REPRESENTITIVE (SR): Number of openings: Infinite
Job description: SRs actively seek out individuals in the market to rent and are skilled in providing these individuals information about TRD Estate rentals. This includes tours of the estate and dissemination of features and benefits of renting a home with TRD Estates.
Working conditions: SRs are free to conduct their SL lives as they wish. There is no requirement to remain at the estate. They are encouraged to attend periodical meetings, but it is optional.
Requirements: Must display promo info in their profile picks.
Pay: Residual. Although there is no base pay for these positions an SR receives $100L monthly for every home they have successfully rented out up until the rental becomes vacant. For example, if an SR rents out 22 rental properties they receive $2200L each month.

TRD ESTATES INVESTMENT STRATEGIST (IS): Number of openings: 1
Job description: This position is a leadership role and is critical to the growth and profitability of TRD Estates. An IS works closely with the TRD Estate owner in identifying and investing in strategic properties. An IS may be trusted with investment funding and is responsible for all aspects of the profit lifecycle. This includes property purchasing, tracking, staging, and ultimate profitability. A deep knowledge of Secondlife real estate is key to success in this position. The right candidate should (but not required) have a working knowledge of the SL Auction process, market trends, and methods for acquiring premium properties at significant discounts.
Working conditions: An IS is free to conduct their SL lives as they wish. They are expected to attend management meetings and must demonstrate the ability deliver results.
Requirements: This position requires someone that has a passion to help grow our company. The right candidate must be forward thinking, able to take risks and own their failures.
Pay: Commission. Although there is no base pay for this position and IS will earn a commission on all sales and rentals they have contributed to. It is our desire to make this individual a key member of our future with increased benefits.
