I don't think anyone would do 'free land' but.. If you have friends.. close friends, and if you ask nicely maybe they'll give you a portion of their land and you give a portion of your profit in sales? Well, just a suggestion.
I myself, have owned 2 clubs and a shop and not one time have I used my real money for it. I worked for it in jobs I persued.
On some sims, people run stores for rent for merchants looking to put their retail intp business, maybe try that?

Okay so i am fairly new to this DJ business but i'm getting the hang of it, I'm trying to log in on Winamp, the port is right, server address is right and password but i don't know if it's the DJ/User ID thats incorrect, could anyone help?
I log in on a shoucast board that has my stream card with it

I don't know why this is happening but, it seems to me that i can only see me friends messages in group chat
Say if someone started a chat in a Store group and my friend was commenting, i'd only see them talk but for other people.. He's actually talking to someone
Occasionally i have to ask my friends if they can send the group chat to send me the whole conversation to see what someone else put.
Anyone know how i can solve this?
I'm on Second Life viewer and i have no available updates.

i'm looking for a script that when:
- You touch it a menu pops up
- The title of the menu says/asks, "What sex are you?"
- the menu says "Male" and "Female"
- When touched on either "Male"/"Female" it would give out 1 sweater of the gender selected (as there is 2 sweaters)
i have the giftboxes and sweaters that are both copy/trans, just need the script

That's a good suggestion but either people are gonna forget using it or everyones gonna be using it so save time and energy making notecards based upon rates and prices etc..
I don't see what you did wrong there to go from 8 steps to 4.
