I had 6 transactions that I did not do for uploads. It was charged to my account and paid the system. How do I find out who did it I'd like my money back

I was sent money from another avatar, it shows as sent in their account but does not show received in mine ,,Help anyone?

Take it from someone who got that cross hair on my screen and did not know how to change it...its a pain in the screen. You will regret it and besides aren't we suppose to look at each other...who cares let them look, you might look good to them.
